Frequently Asked Questions

WHEN CAN I ENROLL/WHEN DOES THE SESSION START?

Families can enroll at any time (as long as there is space available in the class :)! We no longer do "Sessions" - Instead, we do month-to-month enrollment!  The first month is always prorated from the date that you enroll.

WHEN CAN MY CHILD MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

Each child moves at their own pace (which is why we no longer do sessions).  While some children may move through the levels quickly, others may take longer, as every child is different and no two kids are exactly alike! Our curriculum follows the progressions set forth by USA Gymnastics. Once a child masters the skills in their current level, the child will be awarded a certificate of congratulations by their coach and can move up to the next level!  Just give us a call and we will move them up to the class the best fits your schedule!

MAKEUP POLICY:

Rec Classes:
We cannot refund for classes missed. Each child enrolled is holding a spot in the class and must pay for their spot.  We can, however, offer makeups for missed classes! Makeups can be scheduled through your parent portal. Not sure how to schedule through your parent portal?
Check out this How-To Video. Team parents, please see below for our Team Makeup Policy.
If no space is available, or the times are not convenient for your family's schedule, your child is welcome to attend one of our Open Gyms in lieu of a class. For more information or if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us at infinite1gym@gmail.com.

In order to schedule a makeup class, gymnasts' account must be up to date and they must be enrolled in a class. Makeup classes are non-transferrable. Makeup classes can be used at another class of the same level or an Open Gym. All active gymnasts have up to one year to makeup absences. Once a makeup class is scheduled it cannot be rescheduled. Missed makeup classes are not able to be rescheduled.

Team:

Team is a time commitment. As such, gymnasts are expected to attend their regularly scheduled practices. As of May 31st, makeup classes are not available to team gymnasts. Should team gymnasts want to catch up on any missed work, they may schedule a private lesson with their coach.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

HOW DOES IT WORK?:

Our Gym Membership works just like any other gym membership, there is a tuition fee that is due each month and an annual registration fee. Should you decide you no longer want our services it is your responsibility to inform us (Please see our Withdrawal Policy). Should you not inform us, even if your child does not attend classes, you will still be charged the monthly tuition fee as you are holding a spot in our classes that could be given to another child. Refunds will not be given.

TUITION POLICY:

A credit or debit card is required to be on file in order for your child to participate in classes at Infinite. The Tuition Fee for the current month is due at the time of registration. Each month, on the first day of the month, your monthly tuition will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method, which must be saved on your Infinite Parent Portal account. Due to limited spots available, families who are not current with their tuition may lose their spot in their current class and will need to pay in order to re-enroll.

Please Note:
You may request a billing cycle date of the 15th of the month; however, all drops must take place by the 25th of the month, before you no longer wish to be billed. We cannot refund for classes missed or days you did not attend (PLEASE SEE OUR MAKEUP POLICY). Children who are enrolled are holding a spot in the class and must pay for their spot (whether they attend or not).

CASH/CHECK PAYMENTS:

If you wish to pay with cash or check, you may do so, however, all cash/check payments must be made/received before the 30th or 31st of the month, or the credit card saved to your account will be charged.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE:

An annual registration fee of $50 per child ($100 maximum per family) is due at the time of enrollment.  This registration fee is due once per year. Those who have paid this fee are officially "Members" and can may receive special membership benefits and discounts.  This fee is non-refundable.

Late Fee:

Infinite offers a 5 day grace period for tuition due. After that, a $25 late fee will be incurred if payment has not been received by the 5th of each month.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

To discontinue enrollment, you must fill out our Withdrawal Form. This form MUST be received by the 25th of the month or else you will be charged for the following month. We cannot refund for days that your child was enrolled but did not attend.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:

GYM ATTIRE:

Please have your gymnast arrive "ready-to-go" with their gymnastics clothes on under their outdoor clothes so that when they come in, they can take of their shoes, coats, and whatever else upon entering, put their items in a cubby, and proceed to class (this way, there is not a lot of congestion in the locker rooms).

Girls:

  • Girls should wear a leotard (or swimsuit) and shorts if possible (Because when they "look the part," they feel and act the part). Otherwise, a pair of leggings and a tank top or tucked-in t-shirt is fine... Crop/Bikini-style two-piece tops are not allowed. Girls' clothing should cover their stomach, and hair should be tied up and out of the face, and beads/hair decorations must be secured. Not having hair properly secured, poses the risk of hair becoming wrapped around bars and potentially scalping your child. We want to avoid this at all costs! Please make sure your child's hair is secured before coming to practice so we can prevent any dangerous incidents from occurring! Thank you so much for helping us keep your athletes safe!

Boys:

  • Boys can wear sweatpants or shorts and a t-shirt that they can tuck in.

Barefoot is preferred for all, as socks can be slippery and sometimes get lost in our foam pits!

WHAT TO BRING:

Please send your child to class with a labeled water bottle. We have a water fountain available for children to refill at. Please do not send Gatorade, Powerade, or any other colored juices, as they may spill and stain/damage our equipment.

CLOSINGS:

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

MISCELLANEOUS:

VIEWING:

Due to limited seating Infinite Gymnastics asks that parents drop their athletes off, unless it is your gymnasts first time or if your gymnast is a part of our Preschool Program (Ages 5 & Under). We also ask that only one person per athlete is in our viewing area.

Did you know you can view classes through your Parent Portal? Simply login to your JackRabbit account and click on SpotTV in the upper right corner.

Children are not allowed to be in the viewing area unattended. Please keep non-participating gymnasts at home.

DROP OFF & PICK UP PROCEDURES:

When dropping off your child at the circle drive-up, please remember:

1.   To stay until your child has given you a “goodbye” wave or “thumbs up” to let you know that everything is good.

Upon arrival, everyone will sanitize their hands, and kids can take off their shoes prior to entering the gym and put their things in a cubby, either in the gym or in the cubbies by the stairs. Children will then find their teacher who will let them know what is next.

When picking up your child at the circle drive-up, please remember:

1.    Be on time! If you are going to be late, please call to let us know OR send your child with a cell phone and send them a text!

2.    Please drop-off in the circle drive. The circle drive is to be used for drop-offs only.

3.    Please pick up at the side door. We do pick-up in a drive-through fashion.

4.    DO NOT PARK ALONG SIDE OF THE BUILDING. When parents park on the side of the building, we cannot see beyond the cars, and it makes it very dangerous for the kids!

Late Pickup Policy

Due to operational/staffing costs incurred when a parent/guardian is late, a late fee will be charged.

If a child is not picked up within 10 minutes of their class end time, he child's coach will then bring them to the Front Desk. The child will then sit with Office Staff until their adult arrives. Adults must come inside to pick up their child and fill out a late form.

Late Fees:
$1.00 per minute, per child past the 10-minute pick-up window.
