Policies & Procedures


  • All enrollment is granted on a first-come basis.

  • First month's tuition is due at the time of registration, this payment is non-refundable. 

  • Tuition will be charged automatically to your credit card on the first day of each month.

  • Infinite Gymnastics has a non-refundable annual registration fee of $40 per child with a max of $80 per household. Annual registration, covering equipment use and insurance, will be effective for one year dated from the enrollment date. Payment is due at time of registration unless you are new to Infinite.  *New members receive a 1-month grace period before annual registration is due.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY: To drop out/cancel billing, you must EMAIL us at BEFORE the 1st of the month that you no longer wish to be billed. Requests will not be honored otherwise!


CLASS CANCELLATIONSInfinite Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any class if the enrollment is insufficient.  Classes not meeting minimum enrollment will be cancelled or combined with another.  Any tuition paid can be transferred to another class, credited to a student’s account or refunded upon request.


WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: In the case of a single class being canceled due to inclement weather, a message will be posted to Infinite Gymnastics' Facebook page along with the website.  Students paid in full will be permitted to make up this class in another class within 1 year dated from the cancellation, but no refunds will be issued.

  • Reminders for vacation/holidays will be posted in the gym, posted online, and/or in a letter sent home with your child.

MAKING UP CLASSES: If a student who has paid in full misses a class, he or she is able to make it up in another class of the same level. So long as you're an active member, your student will have 1 year dated from each absence to schedule a make up lesson.

LATE FEES:  Payments postmarked or received after the due date may be subject to a $25 late fee.

ATTIRE:  For girls, leotards or tight fitting clothes are acceptable.  Hair should be neatly tied back in a ponytail or braid and away from the face prior to entering the gym.  For boys, gym shorts and tucked in T-shirts are appropriate.  No shoes, jeans, jewelry, socks, skirts, tights or bare midriffs please.  For the health and safety of everyone, we ask that all cuts and warts are properly bandaged and covered prior to entering the gym. Bandages and athletic tape are available at the front desk.


ENTERING THE GYM: Please arrive a few minutes early and have your child ready when their instructor calls them.

  • Please have your child wait in the lobby for their instructor to call them before entering the gym for their start of their class.

LEAVING THE GYM: For their own safety, please tell your child to wait inside the building until their ride arrives after their class.  They are welcome to use the phone if needed.


OBSERVATION:  We ask that all families observe from our viewing areas only.  We offer two comfortable viewing room options that can be found upstairs as well as downstairs.


PARKING GUIDELINES:  Please do not park in the circle drive.  The circle drive is used for drop-off and pick-up ONLY.  Please do not park in the Handicap spaces unless you have the proper tags.


  • No food or drink may be brought into the gym. Only water in a closed plastic container is acceptable.


  • Please put names on all items that your child brings to class.  There are hooks available for jackets outside of the restroom area.  Please check for missing items in the "Lost and Found" box.


  • Infinite Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen property while on the premises.
