Red Pepper Jelly & Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • Red Pepper Jelly

  • Cream Cheese

  • Waffle Pretzels for Dipping

Directions:

  1. Spread cream cheese out on plate.

  2. Spread red pepper jelly on top of cream cheese.

  3. Dip pretzels and enjoy!

Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

  • Caramel Sauce

  • Cream Cheese

  • Toffee Bits

  • 6 Apples for Dipping

Directions:

  1. Shape cream cheese into shape, indenting to hold caramel.

  2. Pour caramel on top and sprinkle generously with toffee bits.

  3. Cut apples, dip, and enjoy!

Velveeta Chili Dip

EASY snacks!

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Velveeta

  • 1 can Chili (no beans)

  • Tortilla Chips for Dipping

Directions:

  1. Cut Velveeta into 1/2 inch cubes.

  2. Combine all ingredients into bowl & microwave until melted, stirring after 2.5 minutes.

  3. Dip chips and enjoy!

Ham & Cheese Sliders

Ingredients:

  • Sliced Deli Meat of your Choice

  • Sliced Cheese of your Choice

  • Crescent Rolls

**2 tbsp. Butter and 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard

***Poppy Seeds Optional

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Lay out crescent roll triangles.

  4. Add cheese and meat and roll up.

  5. Bake11-13 minutes (or until brown).

  6. Paint butter mustard spread and serve warm!

  7. **Sprinkle with poppy seeds for extra flavor

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Tenders

  • Bacon

  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. Fill a large bowl with warm water and a couple tbsp. sea salt.  Add the chicken (make sure water covers them) and set aside to brine for 10 min.

  2. Preheat oven to 450.

  3. Line baking sheet with greased tin foil.

  4. Pat the chicken dry.

  5. Place the piece of cheese with the chicken and wrap in bacon (1-2 pieces of chicken per bacon).

  6. Bake 13-16 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

  7. Place under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp up the bacon.
