Little Dippers 18 months thru 2 years old with parent
Moonbeams 3 years old independent coed
Comets 4 and 5 years old independent coed
Level 1 An introduction to gymnastics with a strong emphasis on discipline, vocabulary, body position awareness and motor development. Some apparatus skills will be introduced. Ages 5+
Level 2 A continuation of the basics of gymnastics with a continuing emphasis on discipline, vocabulary, body position awareness, and an introduction to all the apparatus. Light to moderate age appropriate exercises to strengthen muscles and increase coordination. Ages 5+
Level 3 Must pass Level 2 skill chart to enter this level. At this level the young gymnast is presented with more complex skills that are consistent with the USA Gymnastics Foundation Skills Development Program. The student is challenged to develop skills on each apparatus in a structured disciplined approach. Age appropriate exercises and stretches are done regularly to increase muscle tone and coordination. Two classes per week are recommended, but not mandatory. Ages 6+
Level 4 Must pass Level 3 skill chart to enter this level. Advanced skills will be introduced with emphasis on proper skill development. Two classes per week are recommended, but not mandatory. Ages 6+
Fitness and Fun This program is about getting kids to enjoy exercise, learn a healthy lifestyle and to feel good about themselves. The class consists of cardio warm-up, strength exercises, a fun aerobic activity, a cooperative game and discussion about a healthy lifestyle. Ages 8-12
Tumble & Tramp An introduction to tumbling and trampoline with a disciplined approach to body position awareness. A variety of skills are taught from basics to higher level skills on floor and trampoline, based on the level of the gymnast. Ages 6+
Competitive USA Gymnastics Girls and Boys. By Invitation.
